Is the B60 Deadbolt ADA Compliant?
The B60 Deadbolt is Compliant with ADA standards.

Do you have double sided deadbolts
We do have double sided deadbolts. The newer version is the B62. Before the B62 we had the B362. The B62 is a bit more narrow and does not have as large of a sawed off cone base. It uses the 1 inch thick deadbolt latch and is a Grade 1.

Both of these products are available for special order (in multiple finishes) from your local hardware store since most stores do not have them in stock due to state policies. They can be keyed alike just like our B60 deadbolts.

How does a deadbolt earn an ANSI Grade 1?
A deadbolt rated as Grade 1 must withstand 250-thousand cycles and 10 door strikes with a hammer.

Can I get the B60/B62 deadbolt in a split finish?
Yes. This model can be ordered in a split color finish (one color on the exterior and a different one on the interior). You would need to make sure you tell the place you're ordering from you'd like to special order this product in a split finish, and they should be able to assist you from there.

Why wont my Apple watch unlock my deadbolt but my Iphone will?
To correct this issue start by opening the Apple Watch app and select Wallet & Apple Pay from here select Home (should be under Other cards on your watch) and ensure Express Mode is enabled.
